Following the successful delivery of Lidl Antrim earlier this year, FORRME have been retained to construct two further developments for Northern Ireland’s fastest growing supermarket chain.
In Limavady, FORRME will demolish an existing supermarket as well as two neighbouring retail units on Main Street, before constructing a new Lidl store using a precast concrete frame. The contract also includes all associated external paving, road, fencing, boundaries, drainage and landscaping.
Moreover, following demolition and remediation works, FORRME will construct a 2,148m2 supermarket in Ballymoney which will provide a high quality shopping environment with more space, wider aisles, longer tills, restroom and baby-changing facilities at Meeting House Street. 153 parking spaces will be provided outside the premises.
Works are scheduled for completion in Spring 2020. Please check our social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin – for progress updates.
