Detailed below are some of the schemes that we are currently working on. All sites have been registered to Considerate Constructors Scheme. The scheme has been set up to improve the image of the construction industry through better site management and by encouraging good communications with site neighbours. Castle Street, Ballymena

Overview: We are Main Contractor on Castle Street, a project involving the design and construction of 19Nr social housing apartments with associated site works.

Donaghadee Road, Bangor

Overview: We are Main Contractor on this scheme which comprises the demolition of existing structures and the erection of 2Nr three storey buildings of load-bearing construction comprising 12Nr residential units with associated site works.

Colin Town Centre Transport Hub

Overview: We are Main Contractor on this scheme which involves the construction of a new transport hub building that will be a ‘world class’ visible landmark within the future Colin Town Centre. We are also constructing a new high quality public square adjacent to the building that will serve as local community and events space.

Dunmurry High School

Overview: We are Main Contractor on this scheme which involves the completion of a social housing scheme comprising 98no. units and associated works, to include children’s play and relocation of Translink bus terminal.

Ballymena Showgrounds

Overview: We are Main Contractor on Ballymena Showgrounds, a project comprising of the design and construction of 20Nr social apartments in a three storey block with associated services, drainage, siteworks & landscaping.

Corran Integrated Primary School & Nursery Unit

Overview: We are Main Contractor on this project which involves the construction of new 1,500m2 primary and nursery school, comprising classrooms, play areas, library, multi-purpose hall, school meals accommodation, medical room, staff accommodation, toilets, changing rooms and stores. The buildings, both single storey, are being constructed to BREEAM Excellent standard. Works also include the provision of car parking facilities, hardstanding, play areas, service road, fencing and landscaping.

Overview: We are Main Contractor on Dromore Street, Banbridge, a project comprising the construction of 32Nr social housing units with associated services, drainage, siteworks and landscaping on a highly contaminated brownfield site. The housing mix comprises 17 x 3P2B apartments, 2 x 4P2B apartments, 11 x 3P2B houses and 2 x special needs houses (4P3B & 4P2B).
